  1. How do I get my train tickets after payment?
    After completing the payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket reservation request. The E-tickets will be sent to your email 10-15 days before departure, or at least 2 days prior in special cases. You can print these tickets or show them on your phone for check-in at the train station.
  2. What are the baggage regulations for trains in Vietnam?
    Adults can carry up to 20 kg and children up to 10 kg. The baggage must be wrapped neatly and securely.
  3. Can I take a train to Hoi An?
    Hoi An doesn’t have a train station. The closest station is in Danang, about 30 minutes away by bus or car.
  4. Can I purchase a ticket for multiple stops?
    No, tickets in Vietnam are valid for single routes only. For multiple destinations, such as traveling from Ho Chi Minh to Hanoi with stops at Nha Trang, Danang, and Hue, you need to purchase separate tickets for each leg of the trip.
  5. What if I lose my luggage on the train?
    Unfortunately, lost luggage on trains cannot be recovered due to high passenger traffic and the shift changes of train staff. Be sure to keep your belongings safe.
  6. Can I take a motorbike on the train?
    Yes, you can transport your motorbike, but the ticket for it must be purchased directly at the train station.
  7. Can I bring pets on the train?
    Pets are not allowed on trains to maintain a clean environment for all passengers.
  8. What if I haven’t received my tickets yet?
    If your E-tickets haven’t arrived, contact customer support immediately to resend them.
